In 2025, I founded The Palatetours to share my love of incredible food, unforgettable flavors, and memorable dining experiences I’ve enjoyed throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV).
For years, my husband John and I would discover a new restaurant, take a bite of an unforgettable dish, and immediately say, “We have to tell our friends about this place!” That joy of discovery and sharing — combined with a trip to Bermuda where I experienced a tasting tour in action — sparked the idea behind these curated tasting tours.
