The Palatetours provides curated tasting experiences that include scheduled restaurant stops, transportation between venues, and optional enhancements such as professional photography and videography. Due to the coordination required with restaurants and third-party service providers, this policy outlines your rights and obligations when modifying or canceling a reservation.

2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

a. Cancellation Windows and Refund Eligibility

• 72 hours or more before the tour start time:
  ✅ Full refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
• 48 to 71 hours before the tour start time:
  ✅ 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour start time:
  ❌ No refund will be issued.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
  ❌ Booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

b. How to Cancel

Instructions for canceling your reservation will be provided on our website. A cancellation is not considered effective until you receive an email confirming your cancellation from our team.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• 72 or more hours before your tour:
  Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty, subject to availability and must occur within 60 days of the original date.
• Less than 72 hours:
  Rescheduling is not guaranteed. A new booking may be required.

4. Weather and Safety Modifications

a. Rain or Shine

Tours are held in most weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel if:

• Severe weather warnings (e.g., flooding, snow, high winds)
• Transportation routes become unsafe or inaccessible
• A public safety concern arises (e.g., civil unrest, pandemic restrictions)

b. If The Palatetours Cancels

If we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date
• The Palatetours is not liable for third-party expenses such as flights, hotels, or childcare

5. Group and Private Tours (6+ Guests)

• 7 or more days’ notice: Full refund
• 3 to 6 days’ notice: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours: No refund

Note: Private tours involving custom coordination (e.g., special menus and arrangements,, themed transportation, multi-location pickups) may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed at booking.

6. Add-On Services (e.g., Videography and Photography)

a. Third-Party Cancellation Terms

Add-on services such as videography and photography are fulfilled by independent vendors contracted for your event. These vendors operate under their own cancellation and refund policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

• If you cancel your tour with at least 7 days’ notice, and we are able to cancel the third-party service within their allowed window, you will receive a refund for the add-on service, minus any applicable administrative fees.
• If you cancel within 7 days, refunds for these services are not guaranteed and will depend on the vendor’s own cancellation terms.
• If The Palatetours cancels your tour due to weather or safety reasons, any third-party services will be canceled, and we will work with the vendor to issue a full refund to you or an option to reschedule.

7. Transportation Arrangements

Transportation is included in the price of every tour. Because routes and driver schedules are fixed in advance:

• If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, your transportation costs will not be refunded.
• If you miss your scheduled pickup, transportation will continue on schedule and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• In the event transportation is canceled due to weather or safety concerns, we will provide the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

8. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Processing time is typically 7–10 business days
• Non-refundable payment processing fees (if any) may be deducted
